richard dudasRichard Dudas holds degrees in Music Composition from The Peabody Conservatory of the Johns Hopkins University and The University of California, Berkeley, and has been actively involved with computer music since the late 1980s. From 1996 to 1998 he taught the computer music courses at the musical research center IRCAM in Paris, France, and since 1999 has been working for Cycling '74, Inc., developing the musical software programming environment Max/MSP. He is a regular lecturer at the "MaxMSP Night School" summer workshop at CNMAT in Berkeley, and in Spring 2002 was a visiting lecturer in Computer Music at SUNY, Buffalo.
